Deborah actually worked with me on two separate real estate transactions within a week First, I purchased a home in the Waterlefe community on June 15, 2018. Secondly, I sold a home in Mango Park on June 21, 2018. Deborah helped me with each transaction, every step of the way, with a professional, friendly and open attitude. Deborah is a polished professional in what is a very difficult industry. What I like about her best is how well she operates under pressure, she has the unique ability to keep things moving forward and keep things positive. And I've never met anyone so responsive and communicative. She always acknowledges emails, texts, and calls (this has not been the case with other RE agents I've worked with). She's also a very skilled negotiator as well as someone who helps you define and stay focused on your personal housing wants and needs. She consistently goes above and beyond, a rarity. She listens well, confirms understanding and works hard to fulfill your housing wants and has a great sense of humor! Helpful when the going gets stressful, which in real estate, when doesn't it?
